Organic Rice Flakes

Gluten Free, Wheat Free and Organic

We have decided to include this product in our range due to a demand for natural rice flakes from some of our customers. We think the product on its own is very bland, but because it is useful as a Gluten and Wheat Free cereal we have asked you for ideas to improve them!

Some serving suggestions are as follows:

Cook following instructions on label

- Add vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon

- In a kedgeree

- Replace liquid with fruit juice and add fruit

Toast

- With pumpkin and sunflower seeds with soy sauce as savoury snack, in salads or garnish

- With oil and add honey

Soak

- In milk and dried fruit overnight in refrigerator

- In yogurt or crème frache and nuts

Or use to thicken soups and sauces, or add to stuffings

We would like to thank everyone who contacted us with ideas. As for the recipe competition – in some cases we have had to improvise because they were not clear enough, so no clear winner yet!
