Our wheat free products are based on oats, which are grown, and milled in a dedicated oat mill, in the North of Scotland, and packed by us under gluten free conditions. The only grains that they contain are oats, and in some cases rice flakes, unless it isspecified in the name (eg. Porridge Oats with Roasted Barley). Our gluten free products contain no oats.
